I forgot my password / can't log in.
Contact the academy — an administrator can reset your password for you. Once reset, you'll be asked to set a new password the next time you sign in.
How do I contact my child's trainers or the school office?
Open the app, go to your child's card on the Home tab, and tap "Message the school" to start a chat with trainers or administrators.
How do I update my profile or my child's information?
Go to the Profile tab to edit your own details, or tap your child's card on Home to edit their information.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → account settings, where you'll find the option to delete your account. This permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
